Vestavia Hills Arby’s sells for $2M to Russian investors
The Arby’s along Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills has been sold. The 3,187-square-foot location sold for $2 million, according to a release by Marcus & Millichap this week. Local owners EDE LLC sold the business to 1482 Montgomery Highway LLC, a family from Russia.
